Inside the guide

Five decisions.One clear week.

  1. Choose your focus (3 minutes)

What do you want the right people to notice, understand or act on this week? One focus gives your content a job.

  2. Use the clarity filter (7 minutes)

Who needs to hear this, what are they going through, and what would genuinely help them next.

  3. Find four useful angles (10 minutes)

Relate, teach, demonstrate, invite: four ways into the same useful conversation, not four random ideas.

  4. Make it fit real life (5 minutes)

Choose a structure you can actually keep up, around everything else in your week.

  5. Build your week (5 minutes)

Give each idea a simple job, and you have a plan you can follow, with a worked example from me to copy.

Before you begin

You don't need more
random ideas

You probably already have plenty of ideas. They’re in your notes app, voice notes, client conversations and the things you say every day without realising they could become content.

The problem isn’t that you have nothing to say. It’s trying to say everything at once, or deciding from scratch every time you open Instagram. This reset gives you one focus and one clear week, in thirty minutes.

A note from me: don’t aim for perfect answers. A smaller plan you can follow is better than an impressive plan you avoid.

Clarity over confusion.
