How it came together

  1. Before

    Where it started

    Christine has run her clinic for 16 years alongside part-time work. She has always known that being visible matters. But deciding what to say was only the beginning. She also needed time to create the content and actually post it, on top of everything else she was juggling.

  2. Together

    What we did

    Christine and I have worked together since March 2026. We touch base on what is happening in the clinic and what she wants people to know. I help frame the message, give her prompts when I need her to film or capture something, then I create the content and post on her behalf. She is involved without having to run her socials herself.

  3. After

    What changed

    Christine no longer has to finish a day at the clinic and then start another job making social media happen. She can hand the creating and posting over to someone who knows her business, while still having a say in how it shows up. That lifts the constant pressure to post and gives her time and headspace back.

In Christine’s words

I can talk to Jo about what’s happening in the clinic and she understands what matters, without me having to turn every thought into a brief. She cares about how my business comes across, and I trust her to make the content feel like us. The difference is that it doesn’t all land back on my desk. Jo takes the ideas, creates the posts and gets them out there, while I can focus on clients and the rest of the business. Having someone that involved, who I can genuinely hand this over to, has taken a lot of the pressure off and given me so much time back.
