Louise, PrettyMe

Helping people see the salons as they really are.

Two salons, a brilliant team and a filming day every month, so people see what it’s really like to walk in.

What we did

How it came together

  1. Before

    Where it started

Pretty Me has two salons, a team doing brilliant work and much more to share than a list of treatments. Louise wanted people to see the experience of being there, the people behind it and the opportunities within the business.

  2. Together

    What we did

Louise and I continue to work closely together across both PrettyMe salons. I visit each month to film the team, the treatments and the atmosphere people experience when they walk in. Louise can share the ideas and messages she wants to get across, and I shape them into content that fits, then create and post it for her. Because I know the salons and the team, she does not have to write a detailed brief each time.

  3. After

    What changed

Louise does not have to run two salons and then find the time to film, create and post for social media. She can hand over an idea and trust me to get the feel of PrettyMe right. The salons keep showing the team and the experience behind the treatments to the different people they want to reach, while Louise has more time and headspace for her clients and business.

Made for PrettyMe

What we made

  • The care and detail behind a nail appointment.

  • Everyday salon life that keeps the feed human.

In Louise’s words

Jo doesn’t just turn up, film a few clips and disappear. She gets to know both salons, the team and the feeling we want people to have when they come in. I can tell her what we’re trying to do, sometimes in a quick conversation rather than a detailed brief, and she knows how to bring it to life in a way that feels like Prettyme. She takes care of filming, creating and posting, which takes a whole job off my list. More than that, she cares about how we’re seen. It feels like she’s part of the team and invested in what we’re building.
