Where it started
Rachel is building her health-coaching business. She has the knowledge, but turning it into content and knowing how to talk about her work felt less straightforward while she was also finding her feet as a business owner.

What we did
Rachel and I continue to work together through the Content Clarity Subscription as her business takes shape. We talk through her ideas and turn them into clear themes she can use, rather than adding another complicated plan. Our regular check-ins give her space to ask questions, decide what matters next and keep moving when she feels stuck.

What changed
Rachel is building a more consistent presence, getting noticed and beginning to grow a community around what she knows. She still creates her own content, but she does not have to work out every decision alone. With a clearer plan and someone to check in with, she can spend less time going round in circles and more time showing up for the people she wants to help.

What I value most is that Jo makes me feel I don’t have to work everything out on my own. I can say, “This isn’t making sense to me,” and she’ll talk it through without making it complicated or making me feel silly. She understands the business I’m building and helps me find a way of showing up that feels like me. Our Monday check-ins give me a clear focus for the week, and knowing I can ask a question when I’m stuck makes such a difference. It’s practical support, but it also feels like someone is alongside me and genuinely wants this to work.
